A foul project. A fun foul project..

Last picture shows what I started with. I” thick maple wood. One of the easiest project I have done in a long time. I didn’t use the Dremel much at all on this bird. I used to have a furniture repair,refinish shop so the colors and finish was run of the mill printers ink and maybe some india ink. I cut him out with the scroll saw and I left a frame around him then attached a backer board to have something to glue him back together in after the finish was applied. Since all the colors were changed from the original picture trying to remember what went where was another story…

Beautiful work, Jess. But, “Man Chicken?” I don’t understand. Is that what you call a Rooster? Or is there some deeper meaning I’m not grasping?

Easy project. To me it looks extremely hard and time consuming, but the result is off the chart.
